In 1993, we started a window treatment business called Kempler Design, providing service in the Reno/Tahoe area. We have always focused on providing our clients with an amazing experience in selecting and installing their window treatments.
Due to an increase of interest from outside our local service area, in 2022, we established Window Fashionista to bring the same premium experience to people across the country.

Our team has multiple master installer certifications from many fabricators, including Hunter Douglas and Norman Window Fashions. We are well known in the industry for regularly sharing insights on our blog and YouTube channel. Those insights help others understand how to get the right window coverings for their homes or commercial projects.

How does our pricing compare to our competitors?Our rates are very competitive, but our primary focus is on offering exceptional service. Does Kempler Design have a specific style?No. At Kempler Design, we design for each clients’ needs and wants. We work with our clients to create the perfect, client-based solution to any design problem. We consider it a compliment that our range of completed jobs is so varied.

Once I place my order, when can I expect my products to arrive?Delivery times vary depending on products and quantities. Here are some average delivery times. Hard window coverings, such as blinds and shades, take about 1-2 weeks. Custom fabric work, such as bedding and draperies, take about 6-12 weeks.
